What's included in the 14-day Insights trial?

What does Remit setup actually include?
A kickoff call to map your top carriers, an adjustment-rules customization pass (write-downs, network discounts, your contract specifics), EFT enrollment with your top 10 carriers, the Pulse Connector install on your OD server, and a go-live 'watch it post' session. Typical timeline: 14-28 days for Solo, 21-35 days for Multi.
Can I bundle later if I start with Insights?
Yes. Most customers start with Insights to see how we work and add Remit once they trust the platform. The Bundle price kicks in the day Remit goes live — no penalty for adding it later.
Are there any usage-based charges?
Patient payment processing (Remit only) carries the processor's standard rate — typically $0.30 + 2.9% card or lower for ACH. That goes to the processor, not Pulse. We don't mark it up.
Cancellation terms?
30-day notice for Insights. 60-day notice for Remit (because we hold your EFT enrollments and need to hand them back cleanly). No multi-year lock-ins. Your data exports cleanly and the Pulse Connector includes a one-click 'uninstall and revoke' path that wipes our access to your OD server.
What about DSOs (6+ locations)?
